How to order

From enquiry to your table

Every custom cake and bulk order is confirmed by the bakery owner. An enquiry is not a confirmed order.

  1. Choose

    Pick from the menu

Cakes come in 500 g or 1 kg. Bakery items are sold by the piece, pack or loaf. For something not on the menu, or a custom design, just ask.

  2. Enquire

    Tell us what you need

For a custom cake, please enquire at least 48 hours before you need it, and tell us:

    • Occasion
    • Flavour
    • Approximate weight
    • Design or message
    • Date needed
    • Budget
    • Other requirements

More than 20 individual bakery items is a bulk order: tell us the items, quantity of each, the date, and delivery or pickup.

  3. Confirm

    The owner confirms

The bakery owner checks availability and your date, and confirms every custom cake and bulk order. Your order is only confirmed once the owner confirms it.

  4. Enjoy

    Pickup or delivery

Collect from 24 Bakery Lane, Model Town during opening hours, or ask about delivery. Delivery availability, charges and times are confirmed by the owner.
